RETURNS AND NON-CONFORMITY
The merchandise sent is checked for quality and condition. If you have questions regarding the use of the product, or any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Whether it is returns due to purchase withdrawal, or due to lack of conformity (malfunction), we ask you to follow the following instructions for an easy processing of your product:
- To start with your return you have to initiate the returns process by contacting us via email – email@example.com.
- We stipulate that the established deadline for reporting returns is 10 business days from receipt of the product, plus 3 business days to deliver the product to our facilities.
- It is essential that you return the complete article (with all accessories included) and with the original packaging in perfect condition or in the best possible condition.
- Once in our facilities and reviewed by our technical department, we will contact you. If it is a technical failure, it is covered by the guarantee, but otherwise, either due to misuse, mishandling or not knowing how to use it, the customer will be charged for the transport of the collection and the transport of the new shipment if it proceeds since it is not covers the warranty.
The consumer and user will have a period of 10 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the receipt of the product. The proper procedure is to firstly contact us by email. Remember that it is essential that the following conditions are met:
The product must be in the same condition it was delivered with its original packaging and labeling. The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were manifestly used, or if the packaging of the brand has been unsealed in any way. Before using the product, please decide if you are really interested in it.
In case your product arrives with noticeable transport damage, contact us within 12 hours, so that we can manage what happened.
The product must have all the accessories with which it has been supplied and are typical of the brand, together with its original packaging.
By their nature, the following products are excluded from the return due to withdrawal:
All kinds of software, storage memory, computer components such as graphics cards, hard drives, CPUs and motherboards. Any product that is susceptible to manipulation.
All products that require direct contact with some parts of the body, such as in-ear headphones, hair irons, epilators or personal care products.
All material that is to be returned must be in the same condition as it was delivered, this implies that in terms of computing, the operating system must be the same as it was received, respecting the original partitions and programs. Hard drives must be free of foreign content, just like any other configuration.
Products capable of a fixed installation that have been modified for their installation.
LAPTOPS-SPAIN will take care of returns when there is minimal wear on the product, without altering its use. In cases where the wear or deterioration of the property is greater than a single test or inspection, a corresponding compensation proportional to the deterioration may be agreed with the client.
LAPTOPS-SPAIN will not accept returns for withdrawal outside the established period.
When the return is due to withdrawal, LAPTOPS-SPAIN will only refund the amount of the product, not any money paid for the transport, since it is a service that the customer hires for delivery.
DELIVERY OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS
So that returns arrive in the best possible condition at our facilities, protect the product packaging so that it arrives in the same condition as received. It is necessary that small products are returned packed in the same way as they were received, always trying not to see what it is with the naked eye.
Products of larger sizes must be sent in such a way that the material cannot be opened, correctly fixed, with its protections so that it does not suffer damage during the trip.
LAPTOPS-SPAIN will not accept any product return that does not have its original packaging. In the event that it does not have its original packaging, the product will have to go through the manufacturer’s official technical service.
LACK OF CONFORMITY
In case of lack of conformity, that the product is not suitable for its intended use, has a defect, not the product ordered or for any other reason, contact customer service immediately to inform us of the problem and we will offer a solution as soon as possible.
